We started Zeal in 2021, in the small town of Kelowna, a place full of creativity, community, and businesses built with genuine heart. Back then, we weren't trying to build something massive. We just wanted to help the people around us show up online with confidence and clarity.
Social media was evolving quickly, and many local owners felt overwhelmed. High-quality content felt expensive, complicated, and out of reach. We believed it didn't have to be.
So we picked up our cameras, trusted our instincts, and began creating content that made small businesses feel seen. And soon, a few incredible clients took a chance on us. They believed in our work, trusted our vision, and gave us the courage to imagine something bigger than our small town.
Those early partnerships changed everything.
They showed us that affordable, high-quality content wasn't just appreciated. It was essential. They proved that businesses thrive when someone shows up with intention, listens deeply, and creates with purpose. And they inspired us to expand Zeal beyond Kelowna.
As we grew, our mission stayed simple: we want to help every business we meet grow, we want to make premium content accessible, and we want to keep costs low while engagement climbs high.

Taylor Cook founded Zeal Social Management at 19, driven by a passion for helping brands create authentic, high-quality content. Now 25, she's spent the past six years growing the company alongside her partner and fiancé, Mason, expanding Zeal into a full creative studio offering content creation, UGC production, photography, videography, and social media management for brands across Canada and the United States.
As a professional model and content creator herself, Taylor has collaborated with more than 50 brands, creating lifestyle-driven content that feels authentic, engaging, and built to connect with customers. Her style centers on natural storytelling and clean, user-generated content that brands can confidently use across social media, websites, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Taylor also works directly with brands through exclusive one-on-one partnerships. Booking with her personally gets you:
